Last week a client said to me: “I don’t want to look cute, I want to feel cute.”

I COULD NOT HAVE SAID IT BETTER MYSELF.

How we look is major, but how we feel in what we wear is the most important part of getting dressed.

Focusing on how we feel vs. how we look not only keeps us from comparisons and dressing for others; it also impacts how we live our whole lives.

Meaning, clothes may be more important than you think.

When we feel good, we do good. When we’re comfortable and confident in what we wear, we’re comfortable and confident in everything we do.

And we have greattt things to do in this world, and none of that should not include worrying about how we look or being distracted by our clothes.

My heart especially breaks knowing that at times we choose not to see a friend or go to an event because we’re paralyzed by what to wear.
